How to Order | Print |

We make it easy to order your print and promotional items. Just tell us what you want and we'll do the rest. We can do it face-to-face, via email, on the phone, over the fax or even through snail mail - whatever is the easiest for you.

DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT

Make your choice - is it business cards, keyrings, a new logo, a brochure? If you need any advice about your choice, give us a call. Make sure you leave enough time for us to get your artwork ready and to print your job. In most cases we'll be able to accurately estimate how your delivery date once your artwork has been successfully completed.

 

MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT

We need a 50% deposit before we commence your job.
On your PRO FORMA INVOICE we will provide you with our banking details if you wish to pay by DIRECT DEPOSIT. We also accept VISA and MASTERCARD in person or via telephone, and EFTPOS is available in store. Of course we can also take cheques and cash.

 

APPROVE YOUR ARTWORK

It’s essential that you look professional. A well-crafted design can mean the difference between success and failure.

If you would like us to design it for you you can choose from one of our handy design packages, or we can complete your request on an hourly basis.

All we need is:
1. High resolution copies of photographs or logos you want to use (you can supply them electronically or on disk);
2. A design brief. The more you tell us, the less it will cost. Include all your text (preferably in an MS WORD file) and  even a sketch showing where logos and photos should go. We can help with the creative stuff – including writing copy and concepts. We’ll create your design and send a proof. 

If you prefer to provide your own design please download our artwork specs before you proceed. Even if you’re a seasoned professional, our process might be different to everyone else’s, so it's best to check so that there are no unnecessary delays to your print job.

 

In all cases we will send you a pdf proof before we proceed to print. If you would prefer a hard copy print these are also available at an additional cost. When you approve a proof of your artwork, we’ll print your order.

 

COLLECT YOUR JOB

Once the job is printed we will contact you asking if you would like to pick up your job or if you need it delivered. If any changes have occurred since you first placed your order we will adjust your final invoice. Once the balance payable is sorted out, your job is ready to go!

 

If you need you job delivered, you can organise your own courier or we can do it for you.
